追憶 (Reminiscence) - 渡边雅二

Met out with SJ and Yun yesterday to go Bai Tai Sui at the temple at Tampines. After which, we went to Bugis to get her films. We went for Durian & Mango Sorbet at Ice Monster before going to look for my stuffs. Lol.

It's yummy!!! The durians were so fresh!!!!!!!! The both of them were trying to be funny by kept eating half of what is leftover till you will need to see through a microscope to separate the leftover into two portions. =.="""

Big thank you to SJ for helping me get my novels from HK and also the purse. Thanks a lot.

And there is another group outing today! Initially it was planned that we will meet in the afternoon for the kbox, followed by dinner. However Wei2 was telling us that there are alumni band practice in the morning at 8.30am.

I'm not sure whether is the side effect of caffeine or something else that is causing my insomnia that caused me to stay awake from yesterday till NOW! Zzz. I kept hearing weird sounds caused by unknown objects banging against each other in my mind, OR weird and scary images will come into my mind each time I am drifting into my slumber. I was awoken by all these and... one thing I didnt tell the rest today was, I felt unknowingly afraid of falling asleep last night for I-dont-know-why. =.=" That's the first time I am feeling that way.

In the end, everyone was not ready by the meeting time. Lol. The best reply of the day was from Wei2.

Me : Where are you now?

Wei2 : Omg. Bed

Reply received at 8.24am when we were supposed to be meeting at 8.30am. Lol!

Blah. In the end, we went back to the band. Aww.. It's been 3 years long since I last stepped into JY and JYSB, and last said see-you-in-band. xD It felt strange yet familiar. Cut the long story short, we met SOME alumnis, like JJ, Qiumin, Jon, Huichen, Bk, BoonHock, Gerald and more (except the 4 of us), back at JYSB. Not sure how to describe the feeling.

It is still JYSB, the same music room, the same band room with the same old band routines. But... It is not JYSB, the JYSB that I used to know. It will still be different even if every band members from the previous batches come back and for the practice.

You can NEVER rewind back to the old days.

We combined two pieces, Greaser and The Seventies. Ahhh... my playing suck totally. I dont remember the notes and the pitch of the trombone anymore. What can I do about that after not touching trombone for more than 3years. =.=" The thing that surprised me the most was that I still have the ability to play some sounds, which I thought I definitely will fail doing that. As long as I got sound, it doesnt matter to me if the tone is nice or not. LOL!!!!

We left at about 11+am (going to 12pm). We toured around the school again before leaving.

Soon after, I reached my Sec4 classroom.

看着空荡荡的教室，我仿佛看见昔日岁月。
我怀念的，只不过是从前。虽然是在同一个地点，可是过去的人、事、物却早已不存在。唯一能证明这一切确确实实出现过的，就只有回忆。

Yes, the linkway again. There is also another classroom at the right side of the picture. Lol. I find that studying at this part of school is rather interesting. Lol. There are only 4 such kinds of classrooms in the whole school.

Looking at the another block, which consisted of Science labs, F&N and etc.
The parade ground where we used to assemble every morning and after recess. And not to mention, marching took place here on speech day!!!! The building opposite is our hall.

Going down to 2nd floor. I liked the staircase! Perhaps is due to the transparent window at the left side. LOL.


I loved to stand at this spot, looking at the opposite block. 1st floor - canteen and courtyard, 2nd floor - CCA rooms, 3rd floor - computer lab and classrooms? Dont really remember. But I loved the design of that side of building that you are looking at now. (above)

The spacious walkway to the hall with students' art pieces hanging on the wall. Nono, that's a living human being, not a sculpture. =X We used to line up outside (near the orange wall) to wait for our band's turn to perform on special occasions.

Before we went down to 1st floor, Rui spotted this picture on the wall. I didnt even realised it at all!!!!!!!

LOL!!! It was my sec1 class photo taken during our IDPW at those WWII memorial site.

I loved the picture below. In fact, I loved to sit at the courtyard and staring at the sky at night, which we the seniors did once during band camp while chit-chatting.

We used to perform at this open space at night during Speech day. (below 2 pictures)

Seniors will come back and gave us their support and visitors will gathered around, watching and listening to our performance.

Lol. I doubt you can see the volleyball court there. (below) Lol. That's where my class first had PE lesson with Rui's class (lol... mixture of class) and where I injured myself badly on that same day. Oh..marching practices also took place there. Lol. Anyway, I accidentally deleted the field picture. =( Is ok. Lol.

The weather was scrotching hot that made me lose my appetite totally. And I was in the process of getting heat stroke. Lol.

They had lunch at the 802 coffeeshop and we took 21 to ehub for our singing session which was frm 2pm till 5pm.

Then we went to one of the pasir ris coffeeshops at 200+ (next to seashell park) for dinner. All of us ordered western food.

This is my chicken chop. Lol. Yun had chicken cutlet while Rui and Wei2 got fish & chips. Lol. I have to try staying away from heaty food from now on till my 4 ulcers get healed. LOL!!!

The 4 of us were dead tired by the end of the day that Wei2 knocked out on the bus, and I am going to be so any time. Rui and Yun could hardly keep their eyes open. LOL! We were behaving as though we ton-ed outside till the next day morning which we always do, though it was only 7pm+ just now. LOL!!!

Lol. From this I could draw conclusion to it.

WE ARE ALL NOT EARLY BIRDS. xD

K la... I'm super tired and I shall sign off now. But before I do that, I would like to thank them for accompanying me to the coffeeshop just for the western food and for me to enjoy the homely neighbourhood there. LOL!!! And yes, they were just accompanying me. LOL!!! =X
