Shenmue Reflections for the piano

Touching song right? And you can feel the emotions that the pianist put in when he was playing the piano right? Admired him?

ha...

Sad to say, he, Reuben kee, departed the world on 23 nov.
And yes, he was one of the 5 dragon boaters who died.

I viewed his profile, and it showed there that he last login in 1 week ago which doesnt seemed too long ago. Then, sadness overwhelmed me although I dont know him personally.

是他那富有感情的琴声，
还是是为了他英年早逝的消息而感到惋惜？
也许是两者皆是吧！

因为听见了他的才华，觉得他将来必有一番作为。可惜。。他却因为一次错误的抉择而结束了他那短暂的生命。真的为此感到很不值和难过。

As I watched the video, with him sitting there playing the piano, the image of him lying in the coffin lifelessly appeared in my mind. The weird thing is, it made me thought that he was alive right now at a split second.

On monday morning, while waiting for 902 at woodland interchange, Faezah got the newspaper from nic. The headlines was about the 5 dragonboaters if I remembered correctly. And Faezah flipped through the newspaper to the page where the article showed the 3 pics of the dragonboaters, including Reuben Kee. Only then, I realised that Faezah knew him through friends and she just met him the week before he died.

Luckily, Faezah wasnt really affected by the news, if not, I wouldnt know what I should do (just like when that incident happened to kel a few years back).

As we got to the entrance of the agora, I turned and told faezah...

"Dont ever row the second time after the competition!", and I meant it seriously.

Since the past, I have the belief that some things in the world aint supposed to have it the 2nd time and with this incident, it made me stand more firmly to my belief. I knew that things had to happen as it is.

Some people out there had been arguing that they should wear life vest, and not kek chiang. But, what's the use of a life vest when you are being pressed under the water by something else?

After knowing the news, only one thing came into my mind.
